Business Improvement Project Delivery

  • Improvement opportunities can be identified in business process management (BPM) reviews or through opportunity assessments. A business improvement project (BIP) implements identified operational improvements. Our services range from project management through to complete delivery including design, procurement, integration and deployment.

Upgrade services

  • COSOL has upgrade capability for a range of ERP systems (including SAP, Ellipse, Pronto, Pulse) and specific operations systems (including Honeywell PHD, OsiSoft, Citect, Matrikon).
  • The range of services include: a technical (platform or version) upgrade only without process change; a partial upgrade such as a new module implementation; or a full upgrade with complete process review and re-engineering.
